Sukkhon looks really pretty. A trans character would be awesome! If possible, please create Sukkhon as a dom/sub character.

Please create Sukkhon as either dom or sub as you wish. The many adult games that I have played portray trans people as a dom character. So I believe that many references can help you if you want to display Sukkhon as a dom. It would be interesting to see the story if you were to show Sukkhon as a submissive. The closest I have seen a trans character in a non-dominant role is Nea from Apartment #69 by Luxee.
