Hi, I just came back here after some time. In the options there is a Normal / Hard (this one striked). What does it mean (it is in normal or in hard mode)? I can not change the selection. Thanks
I am using the Mac client. I installed the Walkthrough Mod by Joker just fine and the game ran great with the points gained or lost displayed with the choices.
But then I went to start a new game to do different choices. And now the mod doesn't display the points gained lost anymore for this new game.
If I load a save of my original game, the walkthrough guidance is there for that game.
To test what's going on, I copied the entire game folder to a save location. Then I redownloaded both the game zip file and Walkthrough file from Itch. I tried installing the mod in the new fresh game copy and now I can't get it to work! So weird! Is there some settings file saved in system files somewhere on Mac that I need to reset?
Or does the Walkthrough mod only apply to one game once? Any advice much appreciated!

You can save the game anywhere you want. And play from that point you have saved. Hope it helps. Adding a skip button will confuse the game as making choices are a big part of the programming to shape the games with variables.

First off, this is a pretty cool game. I really like the different paths and characters, however there are some issues(mostly minor) that really bug me.
The House Party: aside from the pointless mini games, it's the option to Drink More that doesn't make sense. It goes nowhere. No matter how much she drinks, the outcome is the same. Why even have the option?
The Montages: we see her becoming more confidant and self assured, only to have her go back to being shy and timid when the story resumes.
The Club, this is only here, because we see what happens when she drinks too much it just makes the option at the house party make even less sense.
The Runaway Bride: I did not like this update, I tried to , but I just couldn't get into it. It felt forced and like you were trying to hard to do a Bridesmaids/ Bad Moms type scenario, with an out of nowhere sex scene that doesn't fit the character; on any path.
Overall I enjoy the game, but I would like to see a little more consistency with the character. I look forward to the next update.

I can't install the game (v0.50) for some reason (I haven't deleted the previous version of the app (0.42) as it said that deleting it will delete my saved progress). Is that why I can't install the game?

Maybe you are installing from a different port than a previous install. It usually happens when the update is not downloaded from the same port. For example, the first one may be named as "com.freepass" and the other named "com.freepass.eng" inside the Android/data folder. I assume you are now trying to install android ported by wills, Walkthrough mod. In that case, you will have to copy save files from android/data/com.freepass.eng to somewhere else. After installing the different port. You can again copy/paste your copied save files into new port. For example, Android/data/com.freepass.wills
So, I am still not able to play this game. I downloaded v0.50 [Patched] [MEGA Link]. It is saved in Android/data as com.freepass.eng as you said. I opened the folder and moved the saved folder that was within it somewhere else and tried to install the gameagain but I still get the same error. There are numerous reasons for this but mostly it is because of Ren'Py, the game engine we used to create VN games.
For example, I download a game from androidmo.me and now I install the update from itch.io
Both use the MEGA for data transferring. But in android/data folder each uses a different folder name. That is mostly why the problem is happening.
But sometimes it just happens.
How to fix it?
Method 1
If you do not mind losing your saved files and restarting the game, you can just uninstall the old app. And install the new update.
Method 2
But if you do not want to lose the saved files, you can make a copy of your saved files inside android/data/com.freepass.eng
You have to copy it somewhere else before uninstalling the old app. Otherwise, you will lose saved files during uninstallation of the previous version.
After you have installed the new version, you can copy/move or replace your copied save file back into android/data/com.freepass.eng
I really like your game, though I'm confused why it's not finished if you've already started a new one...
Also, the translation still needs work in both games, it 'sounds' like a non-native asian speaking English. Not that I can't understand it. It just could be better.

as far as I could tell it was just the dialog option(I'm not sure I've ever seen a naked kathoey ) there in the changing room. but after reinstalling I had no problems, I must have had a bug when extracting on my end.
